Conductive Additives

Overview

Key characteristics: high purity and strong stability; high specific surface area with controllable particle size distribution; good conductivity and adhesion; strictly controlled trace elements; can replace imported graphite powders; designed for high-end batteries.

Applications: primary battery conductive additive, mercury-free eco batteries, lithium-ion batteries, etc.

Natural graphite

Typical grades (excerpt): GC325A / GC325B / GC325C / GC325D / GC800
Typical specs: Fixed carbon ≥99.9%; Ash ≤0.10%; Moisture ≤0.20% (trace elements and PSD vary by grade).

Expandable graphite

Key characteristics: high SSA for building conductive networks; controllable trace elements; designed for high-end battery systems.

Typical grades (excerpt): KA / KA2
Typical specs: Fixed carbon ≥99.75%; Ash ≤0.25%; Moisture ≤0.20%; Specific surface area ≥20 m²/g.

Pre-mixed graphite

Key characteristics: easier process introduction with pre-mixed formulations; stable performance; controllable trace elements.

Typical grades (excerpt): KAA / FAT-8
